until Hannah's FIRST Birthday!

I still can't believe she is going to be one on Friday. She said why wait until Friday though? Let's start the party NOW! We started off the birthday celebration week down in Enterprise at Granny and Grandaddy's house along with Grandma Barbara. More pictures to come later this week!

Happy Valentine's Day!

I hope you all had a great Valentine's! I got a visit from Chad and Hannah at work today. :) They brought me a rose and a little stuffed doggie and took me to lunch!

The other big news for today- we had SNOW FLURRIES this morning! That's big news in Alabama folks! :) I had to stand by my car for a few seconds to watch it come down and start piling up on my window ledge. I'm a dork. I know. ;)

Splish Splash

Hannah was taking a bath....... (are you singing along?)

:) As many of you know, Hannah LOVES bath time. The ducks, the splashing..... she has herself a grand ol' time. Here is a picture I took of her yesterday during her bath adventures.

I also finally finished her first birthday video montage tonight and it is ordered! Sorry, you're not going to get a peek! You're just going to have to see it at her party! :)

1. I still bite my fingernails. (terrible habit!)

2. I still sleep with a teddy bear every night.

3. I had my right ring finger cut off below the fingernail when I was a baby. My finger is still a "fingernail" shorter than my left ring finger. :)

4. I ate Slim Jim's by the can when I was PG with Hannah. mmmmmm

5. I once had a guy take me to a psychic on our first date to see what the future held for us. That's just plain WEIRD.

6. I will get so mad at myself for having my closet so disorganized- then'll I'll get on a whim to reorganize everything- and then it will be destroyed again by the end of the week. and then the vicious cycle starts over.... (when I get mad at myself again!) :)

The good ol' Boll Weevil

On my photography board we always do something called "26 things" each month. We all try to capture a picture of each item on the list of 26 things. This month, two of the items were "sign" and "monument" so I decided what better monument to photograph than the Boll Weevil Monument in Enterprise! I ventured out there today on a quiet Sunday afternoon on Main Street and snapped a few shots of the monument. :)

This is the small town where I grew up!
